The SCL-80A is a cellular body weight scale for heart-failure, renal and obesity programmes, where a two-kilogram overnight change is clinically meaningful and a missed weigh-in is not. There is no pairing, no Wi-Fi and no app: the scale carries its own 4G radio, resolves to 0.1 lb / 0.05 kg, and takes a 260 kg patient without complaint.
