Flexible volume

Production scheduling supports hundreds to hundreds of thousands of units. Strategic stock of key chips and other long-lead components is held with partner suppliers, which is what allows a 3-15 days delivery window on core components.

Cost structure

Because moulding, assembly, packaging and inspection all happen in-house, the intermediate margin that a multi-tier supply chain would add is removed. Automatic process control across the line keeps yield stable as volume scales.

Supply chain services

We work with established logistics and customs brokers to handle export documentation, and as a core enterprise we hold credit lines that let us offer supply-chain financing — useful when a retail programme needs inventory before it needs payment.
