Sample or small batch: 1-10 days. Bulk: 30-40 days. Rush service available.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Sample cost is refundable once the bulk order is confirmed.
What certifications do your products have?
510(K), MDR CE, NMPA, ISO 13485, BSCI, RoHS, and others. Certification is held per model and per market — we confirm the exact list for your destination on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C, Alibaba Trade Assurance — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
How do you ensure product quality?
Strict QC throughout production plus 100% final inspection across 3 GMP workshops. Test reports are provided on request.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), air or sea, door-to-door available.
Do you provide after-sales service?
10-12 months warranty plus lifetime support.
Can you assist with customs clearance?
We provide the documents required for clearance: CI, PL, CO, MSDS, CE / 510(K) as applicable.
